Definitely book a table in advance for the evening, as the place is incredibly popular. The crispy karaage chicken is a must for a starter, and after that, you can’t miss the legendary Black Garlic Ramen. Clever drivers use the hidden parking lot right behind the building – but make sure to leave your parking dial clearly visible, or you’ll get a ticket.
