3. Prices and Payment All stated prices are final prices in Euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). Payment processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The prices stated at the time of the order apply.

4. Conclusion of Contract and Account Creation By clicking the “Buy now” (Jetzt kaufen) button, the user makes a binding offer to conclude a contract for the selected Pro membership. The contract is concluded as soon as SalzGuide provides access to the content (usually immediately after payment). After payment, the user will receive an email to create their personal user account. This account is strictly personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Right of Cancellation) Consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. Sudden weather changes, closed trails, or incorrect data provided by third-party APIs (weather, Google Places) are beyond our control.
